INGREDIENTS
  • 25 ml coffee
  • 150 ml milk
  • 30 ml caramel sauce
MATERIALS
  • Espresso machine
  • Milk jug
  • Tall glass
PREPARATION
  1. Put the milk in the pitcher, emulsify it and set it aside.
  2. Prepare the espresso and set aside.
  3. Put the caramel sauce inside the glass.
  4. Add the milk using the latte technique.
  5. Slowly add the espresso on the top of the milk.
  6. Finish the preparation by covering the hole we have created with emulsified milk.
