Although is not something new, there are many people who consume cold coffee and enjoy all its properties.
Cold Brew is beginning to take root in the coffee culture. But, what is cold brew coffee? There are still some people who are not clear about it.
The term Cold Brew coffee, as its own name indicates, refers to the col brewing/blending/manufacturing (“brew”). In this case, cold brewing of coffee.
This type of coffee has to do with a completely different preparation to the on we are used to. In addition, it has some particularities that make it unique.

- It is very successful in England, the United States and Australia.
- It is a less bitter coffee with less caffeine. The cold water extracts the flavor compounds from the beans and caffeine, but without the bitterness of the coffee oil and the spiciness of the fatty acids.
- It can be prepared at low temperatures, around 3 or 4ºC, although many preparations are also made at room temperature.
