About shipments

Shipping to Spain and Andorra.

Free shipping for purchases over €30.00 (VAT included)

For orders of less than €30.00 (VAT included) the shipping cost will be €4.80 (VAT included)

The delivery time, from the time you receive the order confirmation e-mail, is 24-72 business hours.
Depending on which areas or according to work peaks, orders may take a little longer, but you will always have information on the status of your order.


Shipments to the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

Free shipping costs for purchases over €70.00 (VAT included)

For orders of less than €70.00 (VAT included) the shipping cost will be €6.90 (VAT included)

The delivery time, from the time you receive the order confirmation e-mail, is 2 to 4 business days.
Depending on which areas or according to work peaks, orders may take a little longer, but you will always have information on the status of your order.

Where will I receive my order?

The transport agency will deliver the order to the address that you have indicated at the time of making your purchase.
Above all, check all the fields with the shipping information before proceeding to the payment. If you detect an error after payment, let us know by sending an e-mail to info@agaroprofessional.com before your order ships.

The delivery address does not have to be the same as the billing address or the one on record, you can send different addresses.


If upon receiving the order you detect any anomaly, notify us as soon as you can at info@agaroprofessional.com so that we can solve the incident.
